The PFD is conceived as a platform for continuous networking and communication that will feature, under its auspices, various events in the form of thematic workshops, seminars and roundtables throughout the whole year.

The PFD aims to enable a fruitful intellectual and political debate, through formal and informal meetings, that would generate ideas for processes, practical and possible solutions to open issues of regional and global character and offer an essential incentive to promote and enrich regional cooperation.
