The conference will be held under the Covid-19 measures, which include:

• Mandatory wearing of face masking in all confined public spaces,
• including public transport and personal vehicles;
• When in public, outdoors or indoors, a safe physical distancing of at least 1.5 m should be maintained (seating arrangement will be made accordingly);
• Hand sanitizers will be available in various places in the venue halls and hotel.
• The PFD Secretariat and staff are following the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health, to provide a safe environment for all participants.
• Hall capacities have been determined according to regulations issued by the Ministry of Health. Hall doors shall be closed when permissible capacity is reached.
• List of attendees for the Panels will be determined upon prior application included in the “Program” on first come first serve base

• The main event of PFD 2021 will be held in Ohrid, on July 1-2, 2021, at ‘Metropol Lake Resort‘, Ohrid.
• The parallel event of the PFD 2021, will be held in Oteshevo/Prespa on July 1^st, 2021, at ‘Lakeview Hotel & Resort’, Oteshevo.

• A Media Centre will be available for accredited media representatives throughout the event, with all necessary technical equipment (set up in close proximity of the main Conference Hall).
• The person, acting as photo/videographer, is considered to be part of the delegation, NOT part of the media. As such, they are expected to be included in the registration forms of their delegation.
• Media accreditation form to be sent at: PFDpress@mfa.gov.mk by 25th June 2021 at the latest.
• Registered Media representatives can obtain their accreditations at the Media Centers, at ‘Metropol Lake Resort’ – Ohrid and ‘Lakeview Hotel & Resort’ – Oteshevo/Prespa.
